L'appartamento è molto confortevole, ben arredato ed accessoriato per garantire un gradevole soggiorno ed una piacevole vacanza da ricordare.

Ottima la sua posizione, in una bella zona centralissima della città e vicinissima al mare. E' al piano rialzato di una palazzina moderna ed intorno vi sono negozi e tutti i servizi necessari.

Camminando a piedi, in soli due minuti, si arriva in spiaggia ed in cinque minuti si può raggiungere il Centro Storico di epoca medievale costruito sulle vestigia dei siti della Roma Imperiale, di cui si possono ammirare le interessanti strutture architettoniche dei resti nonché, di godere il meraviglioso panorama sulla città moderna, adagiata lungo il mare.

Alla stessa distanza, sul suggestivo Golfo, vi è il Porto, da cui, con nave veloce, di linea giornaliera ed in meno di 1 ora, si possono raggiungere le splendide Isole Pontine di Ponza e Palmarola.

A circa 1 Km, si trova la stazione ferroviaria da cui, si può raggiunge Roma Termini in poco meno di 1 ora e 15'.

The apartment is very comfortable, well furnished and equipped to ensure a pleasant stay and a nice vacation to remember.

It's on excellent location in a beautiful area of the city center and very close to the sea. It is to the first floor of a modern house and around it, there are shops and all the necessary services.

Walking on foot, in just two minutes, you arrive at the beach and in five minutes you can reach the center of the Middle Ages built on the ruins of the sites of Imperial Rome, of which you can admire the interesting architectural structures and ruins, and, of enjoy the wonderful panorama of the modern city, situated along the sea.

At the same distance, on its lovely Bay, there is the Port, from which, with fast ship, daily line and in less than 1 hour, you can reach the beautiful Pontine Islands of Ponza and Palmarola.

At about 1 km, there is the railway station from which you can reach Rome in just over 1 hour and 15'.
